Unless otherwise directed by you, we will always provide you with a reminder call the day before your appointment. Alternatively, a reminder email or text message may be sent at your request.
We understand that delays and unexpected circumstances can happen, however we must ensure that we keep our other clients on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation & Missed Appointments
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, if you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from received much needed therapy. We reserve the right to apply fees for missed appointments and short notice cancellations. Arrangements must be made to pay fees prior to scheduling future appointments.
Cold and Illness Policy
For the protection of our clients with compromised immune systems, if you are experiencing a cough, cold, or contagious illness, we ask that you please re-book your appointment with us once you are well.
